These terms apply to you when you use our site or place an order with us through a third party. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of this service or contact on the website through which the service is provided. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue without notice at any time. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us, that appears to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
Payment and Shipping
Our prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars. Payment can be by using the secure Afterpay, PayPal, or credit card facility "Stripe" at checkout.
We are a gst registered New Zealand limited company. ginbottlejewels is a registered trademark.
NZBN
We ship using the NZ. Post Courier service. Shipping within New Zealand is at a flat rate of NZ $7.00 per order or you can choose Signature Required courier for $10.oo within N.Z. We CourierPost to Australia at $32.00 NZD per order. If sending overseas to other countries tracked only we send at your risk.
Once payment is confirmed we aim to ship your product within 1-3 business days in N.Z. and approximately five working days to Australia. Please allow extra time for weekends and public holidays. As we are rural-based there is no Saturday courier pickup. We will send you an email with tracking details once your order has been packaged for pick-up.
Privacy
Our website is hosted by Wix.com. Credit card and debit card payments are made using Afterpay, PayPal, and or the Stripe card facility. Afterpay, PayPal , and Stripe are third-party secure online payment facilities. Transactions are processed instantly online and your information is protected by robust e-commerce security standards. We do not store or retain your credit card details. We may collect information that identifies you to enable us to answer your queries and to deliver our product and service to you. The personal information we collect includes that required to receive, process and deliver your order, such as your name, phone number, email address, location, shipping address, and any other information needed to provide the items you have requested. We will not disclose your personal information to any third party except as required to deliver our products or if required to do so by law. If you submit your information to us by subscribing to our mailing list, this information will be held in our contact list using our Wix secure website, for the purpose of emailing you our subscribed newsletter online. Returns & Refunds
Glass colours and sizes can vary slightly from those shown on our website. Please allow for this variation especially as we use recycled glass to manufacture our glass jewellery. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase from us, but should any product be faulty or you have been sent an incorrect item, please contact us within five days to arrange a replacement or refund. If the goods are faulty or incorrect the cost of return postage will be refunded to you. Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you. Refunds will be applied to your credit card or original payment method. Returns are not given for wear and tear, fading, or because you have simply changed your mind. While every attempt is made to provide accurate and up-to-date information on this website, we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions.. This website is updated regularly, but where goods are out of stock we will contact you to arrange a replacement or refund.
Jewellery Care Instructions
Every piece of ginbottlejewels jewellery needs to be looked after carefully. Always protect your jewellery from sharp blows, scratching, chemicals, including sunscreen, heat or cold. The packaging your jewellery arrives in is for presentation and to ensure safe delivery, not for storage. We recommend you remove your jewellery from the packaging it arrived in asap to reduce risk of tarnishing and store your jewellery in a soft lined and preferably airtight pouch. To maintain the appearance of your jewellery and to reduce scratching, store items separately in sealed plastic bags. Try to keep pieces apart so they don't rub together. Should you need to clean your silver use a mild detergent and water and a soft brush. Dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. Jewellery doesn't like moisture, so dry thoroughly if it gets wet. Consider a piece of chalk or moisture absorber inside your storage container or box. Avoid wearing jewellery while cleaning, gardening, swimming or exposure to salts or chlorine as this may damage metals such as silver. Tarnish may occur as a result of oxidation so we suggest you use a soft jewellery polishing cloth on occasion to keep your silver bright.
